ClarityMap™ Assessment
A bounded, paid engagement with a defined scope and deliverable. The assessment includes interviews across leadership and staff levels, observation of team dynamics where applicable, and structured inquiry into your goals, hiring and performance practices, and organizational decision-making. The deliverable is a frank written assessment and a defined path forward. Scope and investment are determined based on organizational size and complexity and are discussed during the fit conversation.
Advisory Engagement
Organizations that move forward beyond the assessment work with JMCO on an ongoing basis to implement findings and build sustainable change. Engagements are structured around the specific priorities surfaced in the assessment, not a standard retainer package.
What This Actually Involves
During the ClarityMap™ Assessment I will speak with people across your organization, not only senior leaders but also the people doing the work. I will observe team meetings and dynamics where possible. I will ask direct questions about what you have tried, who you have hired and why, how performance is defined and monitored, and what your organization’s goals actually mean in practice.
